01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and FL88 ("FL88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the FL88 website located at fl88.casa ("the Website") and all associated services, games, and features made available thereon.

FL88 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform, offering casino games, live dealer games, sports wagering, and related entertainment services to eligible players. The Platform operates under international online gaming licensing and is made accessible to users including players based in Malaysia, subject to the eligibility and compliance requirements set out herein.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Website, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real money deposits and any applicable bonus funds.

• "Real Money Wager" — any bet or game played using verified real money funds as distinct from bonus or demo funds.
• "Restricted Territory" — any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law, as updated from time to time.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total betting volume required to be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "Withdrawal" — the transfer of funds from a Player's Account Balance to a verified external payment account or e-wallet.

03 Account Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the FL88 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. FL88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required. This applies even if duplicate accounts are created inadvertently.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and mobile number. FL88 operates a mandatory KYC process. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility

Players must not access the Platform from a Restricted Territory. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing FL88 is lawful in their jurisdiction. FL88 makes no representation that the services are available or appropriate for use in all locations. Players in Malaysia are solely responsible for understanding and complying with Malaysian laws regarding online gambling before participating.

04 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. FL88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify FL88 immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised. FL88 reserves the right to suspend Account access pending investigation of any reported security incident.

• Do not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your Account, including family members.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to strengthen Account security.

Any activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, bonuses claimed, withdrawals made, and communications sent — shall be deemed to have been carried out by you and you shall be bound by the consequences thereof.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

FL88 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Malaysian players: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow instant transfer, and the FPX Financial Process Exchange interbank network. Additional payment methods including cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, ETH) may be available and are subject to the same Terms.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own verified name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a specific payment channel. FL88 does not charge a deposit fee; however, fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, consistent with anti-money-laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Processing times are indicative: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow may take up to 1–3 business hours.

Withdrawals are conditional upon completion of KYC verification and fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. FL88 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests and to request additional documentation before processing, particularly for high-value withdrawals.

5.4 Currency

The primary account currency for Malaysian players is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). All displayed balances, bonus amounts, and withdrawal figures are denominated in MYR unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees where applicable are the Player's responsibility.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

FL88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which form part of this Agreement.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to individual promotions are displayed in the relevant promotion terms. Common multipliers range from 10x to 35x depending on the offer type.

6.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active in your Account, you may not place a single bet exceeding RM500 (or the local currency equivalent) per round or spin. Bets exceeding this limit whilst bonus funds are active may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack typically contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are displayed in individual promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the period stated in the relevant promotion terms (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date the bonus is credited). Upon expiry, the bonus and any derived winnings are automatically removed from the Account.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

FL88 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, exploitation of system errors, collusion between players, and use of automated systems to clear wagering requirements. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, bonuses voided, and the matter referred for further investigation.

07 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games offered on the FL88 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested and verified to produce genuinely random, unpredictable outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term statistical return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or software fault, all bets and payouts resulting from the error shall be deemed void. FL88's decision in relation to any disputed game outcome shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 13. Game rules specific to individual games are available within the game interface.

Sports betting odds are set by FL88 and may be adjusted at any time prior to an event commencing. FL88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or outcome where odds were displayed in error, where market manipulation is suspected, or where the result is subject to an active official investigation.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the FL88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Registering more than one Account per individual.
• Using false, stolen, or third-party payment information to deposit funds.
• Employing automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or wagering activity.
• Colluding with other players or FL88 employees to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting identified software bugs or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to FL88 support.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping in poker or other multiplayer games.
• Using the platform to process transactions on behalf of third parties (payment brokering).
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or circumvent any security measure or access restriction.
• Engaging in any activity that places undue strain on the FL88 infrastructure or interferes with other users' experience.

09 Responsible Gambling

FL88 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of responsible gambling tools accessible to all registered Players, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion options.

Players who wish to restrict their gambling activity may at any time contact our 24/7 live chat support to request the activation of account controls, temporary cooling-off periods (ranging from 24 hours to 6 months), or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the FL88 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, audio, video, text, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of FL88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from FL88.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FL88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, system failure, or interruption of service, even if FL88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

FL88's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

FL88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on their own devices.

12 Amendments to These Terms

FL88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by prominent notice on the Website, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FL88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to FL88's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, Players must submit a written complaint to FL88's customer support team with full details of the issue, including the relevant Account ID, transaction references, and the nature of the grievance. FL88 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, Players may escalate the matter to the relevant independent adjudicator or regulatory authority as specified by FL88's licensing regime. FL88 will provide the relevant contact details upon request.

Nothing in these Terms limits a Player's statutory rights under the applicable laws of their jurisdiction.
